Matt Kluttz, M.A.
I'm Matt and I've dedicated the last twenty years of life to serving others through mentoring, training, counseling, psychology, business coaching and organizational health. I have had the honor to work with for profits, not for profits, large and small companies as well as start-ups. I thoroughly enjoy discovering the uniqueness of every organization I serve and customizing an approach that yields the best results. I have found that the combination of excellent training and high level coaching produces profound changes in a company culture; when we invest in our people, we create a world class organization that stands the test of time.
I graduated with a B.A. in Psychology and an M.A. in Leadership from Simpson University and A.W.Tozer Theological Seminary, respectively. While I spent time in the Pacific Northwest as a management consultant for several years, I've called Redding/Northern California home for the past twenty years. My back ground is in psychology and the cognitive retraining world of Neuropsychology; I’ve also spent time in business sales and marketing as well as higher education over the course of my career. Now, I focus my time on helping organizations be the best version they can be.
Personally, My wife Kendell and I enjoy the closeness of local family, best friends, and the Redding community. When not in deep conversation, training, or developing leaders, you can find me on my paddle board or jetsking at Shasta Lake, on a snowboard at Mt. Shasta, or winding down the road on one of motorcycles.
