Leadership is fundamentally about influence; influencing those around you to be the best they can be. Successful businesses and teams understand this reality and are fueled by a shared vision, purpose, and values that is supported by a strong culture of trust, open communication, vulnerability, and respect. We call this organizational health, an environment aligned with the business’s direction and the deliberate pursuit to achieve collaborative excellence.

“As a direct result of the tools and knowledge Matt has shared with our team, we were recently voted one of Sacramento’s Best Places to Work. ”

“We began working with Matt Kluttz and Therapon in 2020. Between our responsibilities to manage the organization in a post-pandemic world to being part of a major acquisition this past year, Matt has been instrumental to our success every step of the way. His development of both our leadership team and our entire staff have allowed us to navigate through major shifts in our business, while simultaneously improving our culture along the way. In fact, as a direct result of the tools and knowledge Matt has shared with our team, we were recently voted one of Sacramento’s Best Places to Work. He has become not only our organizational health coach but part of the very fabric of our team.”
